• There are two different registration forms that you MUST complete. One is the club try-out registration that you must complete for each club you try-out for, the other is the MEMBERSHIP registration, that is, The Garden Empire Volleyball Association (GEVA) and The USA Volleyball that MUST be completed before you can try out.
• If you are playing fall ball for your school, we still NEED you to register and attend tryouts! If you are selected for a Blazerz team, you MUST complete your club registration and deposit to lock in your spot for the season (even if you are finishing out your school season before attending Blazerz practice)

2025-26 Tryouts Registration Fee is $100 (multi-child discounts automatically applied at checkout!)

• 2025-2026: Medical Release Form
• 2025-2026: Photo Release Form
• 2025-2026: BJVBC Waiver Form
• 2025-2026: COVID-19 General Liability Waiver Form
